Introducing the COLLTS Instructional Resource from AIR
Cultivating Oral Language and Literacy Talents in Students (COLLTS) is a research-based early childhood instructional resource from The Center for English Learners at the American Institutes for Research (AIR). A major goal of the Center for English Learners at AIR is to create the highest quality early childhood instructional resource to meet the needs of English learners and Dual language learners and that all children can benefit from. The COLLTS instructional resource is distributed exclusively by Bebop Books, an imprint of Lee & Low Books.
What’s included in this Read Aloud Bundle?
This is the Read Aloud Bundle for the COLLTS English Kit. It includes one copy in English of each of the following titles, around which the lessons are based:
- Lola Loves Stories
- The Snowy Day
- The Paper Crane
- From Seed to Pumpkin
- Fernando’s Gift
- Over in a River: Flowing Out to the Sea
Pair this read aloud bundle with the COLLTS English Kit (sold separately) which includes:
- six units in English
- each unit has five lessons centered around the books in this bundle

- bilingual family literacy take-home handouts
