Refund & Returns Policy

It is easy to return an item if you are not satisfied with your order.

Please email orders@leeandlow.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA).

We issue refunds for items returned within 45 days of purchase. If your items are returned to us after 45 days, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Upon receipt of your items, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Most refunds will appear on your credit card statements within 10–15 business days, with processing times varying between the issuing financial institution of your credit card.

Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Books can be mailed with the original packing slip to:

ALL shipping charges are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return freight charges.
